Purpose: To propagate long-distance running
Start , Finish , Route : Start ja finish are located near Vändra stadion
Route: 7032,5 m lap on road
Marathon 42,195 km 6 laps
Half marathon 21 km 3 laps
14 km 2 laps
7 km 1 lap
Time: 7.12 .2024
Distance and start: Starting time is 11.00. Marathon and half-marathon will start at the same time
Refreshment stations: There is 1 refreshment station along the route which is located in the start and you can have refreshments in every lap. In the finish there is a refreshment station and catering for all the finishers.

Time limit: Finish will be closed 6 hours after the start
Registration:
Preregistration takes place online at the address www.mispo.ee
from 8AM-10.55AM in starting place
There are no refunds
Re-registration: Re-registration fee is 10€ plus registration fee difference. Name change is considered as re-registration
Race documents: Race Office will be opened on the day of the race from 8AM

All the participants compete at their own risk.
All questions undefined in the manual will be solved by headjudge with organizing commitee
Force majeure: In case of a natural disaster or any other failure not connected to the organizational commitee, the commitee has a right to make changes in race programm. If the race will be cancelled due to force majeure, there are no refunds.
